Next is my quick go to favorite and that is Lemongrass Fan. This quick remedy helps you to breath so that we can calm the panic. It is important to breath when having an anxiety attack. But it isn’t always easy. A little sprinkle of lemon grass on a hand held fan does the trick every time. Lemon grass helps to relieve stressors. Since the smell is so pleasant you won’t find it as hard to breath. Decluttering your thoughts by writing things down and getting them out of your head will help. If you find it hard to write them.
